Dining Chairs, Reupholstered

I was contacted by the chef and owner at Musi, a small, award-winning restaurant in South Philly, to revive their 30+ dining seats from a dull grey vinyl into a fun, vibrant pattern. My client and I chose this tiger print with bright notes of pink and flowers as
a nod to his wife’s Hawaiian culture.

The challenge was to complete the project in one day as the restaurant was reopening for the week. The entire Musi team came out to help, and at the end of the day the chairs were finished, complete with new foam and fabric. It totally changed the vibe of the restaurant interior, better complimenting the inventive, fresh colors and flavors of its food!
